• How does the diagnosis work?

  Every print you log builds your personal history. PrintPatch finds the patterns in your own data — the spool that keeps stringing, the material that warps — and suggests fixes grounded in what it sees. The more you log, the sharper it gets.

• Is my data private?

  Yes. PrintPatch is offline-first — your logs, inventory, and photos live on your device and sync privately through your own iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for the details on the optional AI features.

• What do I get with Premium?

  AI Insights (a full personalized report tuned to your printer and filament), photo diagnosis, automatic filament import from receipts, unlimited cost projects, and data export. It's a monthly or annual subscription with a 3-day free trial.

• How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

  Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions — or open the App Store, tap your photo, then Subscriptions. You can manage or cancel anytime there.

• Will I lose my data if I change phones?

  With iCloud on, your data syncs to your new device automatically. PrintPatch also includes a manual Backup & Restore in the Toolkit tab so you can keep your own copy as extra insurance.

• Which printers does it support?

  Any FDM printer. You can pick from a built-in list of popular models or add your own, and the reference library includes specs for many common machines.
